These terms are the agreement between you and Wanderwalks for using the app. By creating an account or going for a walk with us, you agree to them.

Using Wanderwalks

Wanderwalks is a personal walking app that tracks your steps, distance, and route and lets you record voice thoughts along the way. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you agree to follow these terms and any applicable laws.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Please give us accurate information and let us know if you spot any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require Wanderwalks Pro, an auto-renewable subscription billed monthly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Current prices are shown in the app before you purchase.

Walk safely

Wanderwalks is a companion, not a guide. Stay aware of your surroundings, follow traffic and trail rules, and don't rely on the app for navigation or in an emergency. You walk at your own risk, and you're responsible for your own safety.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service.
• Don't use Wanderwalks for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.

Third-party services

Wanderwalks relies on services like mapping and transcription providers to work. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

Wanderwalks, its name, logo, and design are ours. These terms don't give you any rights to our brand beyond using the app as intended.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanderwalks isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Termination

You can stop using Wanderwalks and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the app and update the date above.
